some saturday mornings, i wake up yearning for scrambled eggs & croissant french toast from my favorite brunch spot in town.  today was one of those days.  so i quickly pinned up my awkward-length hair, wrapped myself in a comfy cardi and headed to brunch!

yes….I FINALLY WENT TEAL! so excited about the new hair, it’s been fun playing with different colors as i’m growing it out.  quick post today as i’m hard at work on my new music project, which i’m SO excited to share with you guys soon!

this jacket is so cool. it’s a boy’s large, vintage jacket and i’m seriously in love with it!  i paired it with some fun over the knee socks (one of my FAVORITE fall/winter trends) and my most comfortable pair of heels.
i had a great time in chicago last weekend, thanks for all of the recommendations! i’ll fill you in on my adventures later this week :)

two words: shoulder chain. this could possibly be my new favorite accessory..as in, i kind of want 1,000 of them. i love pieces like this that you can throw over any outfit and completely change the look!  also, i’m clearly obsessed with these boots…i’ve been wearing them nonstop.
who’s excited for thanksgiving? i can’t wait – i’m in charge of pie-making this year!
