this week is nashville restaurant week and i was lucky enough to enjoy a five course tasting at chachah, which is a hip and trendy restaurant owned by arnold myint (whom you surely know from top chef!). i went with four food bloggers – my brother vivek (vivek’s epicurean adventures), beth (eat.drink.smile), erin (visual vacation), and carrie (tiki tiki blog). arnold was kind enough to make sure that as a vegetarian i was able to enjoy the whole experience and he prepared a special vegetarian dish for each course! here are photos from the tasting:
