there’s something i love about putting a completely demure outfit in the middle of a crazy scene – the juxtaposition is always fun.  i borrowed this dress from my friend marcia (who has a seriously enviable collection of dresses!) and felt like a ninja all day. not going to lie…i karate chopped a piece of styrofoam in front of my friends and thought they were going to die of embarrassment! one thing about me – i’m hardly ever embarrassed, so it makes my life pretty entertaining.

on another note – i’m SO excited for the nD festival this week! the festival is in it’s second year and i’m most looking forward to the runway shows on sunday night featuring steven alan, jamie and the jones, and bodkin! be sure to check out their website HERE for a full schedule of happenings.
