christmas at the surti residence was pretty amazing! the day started off with a little gift opening – we decided not to go crazy on gifts this year, but my mom did get me this fabulous cape and a insanely soft bath robe (i’d been wanting one to bring out my inner rachel zoe). then my brother made a fabulous brunch full of homemade brioche, sticky buns, and some huevos rancheros:
this was one of the first holidays i’d ever spent without my cousins, so after a call to the airport i decided to fly out and visit them all in south carolina! it was a great little impromptu trip and now i’m in south carolina until friday. i’m really thankful for my crazy lifestyle that allows me to work from pretty much anywhere – so here I am warm, cozy, and happy with my cousins in south carolina!
